Mini Yet Pretty Custom Event Package-$350.00 (please include an additional $100.00 if event staffing is needed):
Accommodates up to 12 guests
Party favors for 12 guests
Full Event Planning Services (meeting with client, planning out event details, scout and book locations, shopping for and retrieving food and décor, etc. minimum bill out of 6 hours)
Setup and teardown of event (1 hour before and 1 hour after. Anything not included or provided by location staff)
Handmade/custom along with online and store purchased décor
Company provided linen (chair covers, napkins, sashes, etc.)
Two (2) theme-based treats, one (1) punch (nonalcoholic)

Quite Expressive Custom Event Package-$560.00 (Includes everything in the Mini Yet Pretty Package) and:
Accommodates 13-24 guests
Two (2) additional themed treats, one (1) additional punch (nonalcoholic)
Personalized gift for Guest of Honor
Two & a half (2.5) hours of Event Management Services (2 staff members to work event)
Basic photo area setup (includes basic backdrop and props for guest to take their own photos and make memories).

The Greatly Expressive Package-$880.00 (includes everything in two previous packages) and:
Accommodates 25-40
Four (4) hours of event management services (3-4 staff members included)
Total of six (6) themed treats, three (3) beverages and two (2) hot appetizers
One (1) custom flyer creation and promotion for event

**40% non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking.
**$50.00 surcharge for all events booked under sixty (60) days’ notice and $120.00 surcharge for any event booked with less than twenty-one (21) days’ notice.
**any additional add-ons will be billed back at client’s expense.

**Each additional guests will be billed out at an additional $8.50/person for accommodation

 Basic venue rental option-$450.00 (4-6 hour rental time. Higher rates to accommodate more people are also available upon request)
Accommodates up to 120 guests
Bar area (if serving alcohol, licensed mixologist must be used. If you do not have one, we can provide one for you. Please see the add-ons section)
Kitchen/food service and prep area
Balcony/outdoor seating (non a/c heat)
Basic sound equipment (speakers, amp, microphone)
Basic Event Planning Services (meeting with client, planning out event details, marketing event)
Setup/teardown and cleanup (1 hour before and 1 hour after)
Basic Event Management Services (assistance in working the event. Taking money or checking people in at the door)

***deposit must be obtained to book/reserve location
***contract must be signed at time of booking
***insurance must be used to cover venue (we can provide at a cost of $10.00 per event for guest size under 100 people. $17.00 per event for guest size over 100 people)
